This delicious Avacado dryfruits mastani is thick & creamy desert with added dry fruits and nuts.Mastani is most famous drink in Pune,India.Its better to serve as the perfect end to your dinner.




What you need

2 cups cooked milk
Avacado pulp
5 Cashewnuts
5 Almonds
5 Pistachios
2 teaspoon Sugar

How to proceed

Add avacado pulp,sugar,milk,cashewnuts,almonds,pistachios to blend in juicer.
Freeze it for 20 minutes.
Yummy mastani is ready.

Usually i do coconut chutney or tomato chutney for idli, dosa.I thought to try some veggie chutney for a change.I tried this peerkangai chutney and this creamy looks will tempt me more.




What you need

1 Ridge gourd(Peerkangai)(Sliced)
2 onions(chopped)
1 tomato(chopped)
1/2 Cup Mint leaves
4 Garlic pads
pinch Ginger(minced)
2 green chillies
Salt to taste


How to proceed

Place a pan over a low-medium heat.
Once hot,lightly saute the garlic,ginger and onions for 1 minutes.



Now add chopped tomatoes to saute it.
Now add ridge gourd and mint leaves for 2 minutes.
Add salt and grind it.
Now peerkangai chutney is ready.
Serve hot with rotis,poori or dosa.

My grandma prepared this rice when i went to holiday.I used to take this rice twice a week.This rice is a very simple and flavorful rice.Its goes well with the most of the spicy gravies.Lets see how the way i prepared this.



What you need

75g Urad dal 
1 Cup Rice
5 teaspoon Fenugreek Seeds
10 Garlic pads
3 teaspoon Cumin seeds
1/4 cup grated coconut
Salt to taste

How to proceed

Soak urad dal & rice for 20 minutes.
Now add 3 cup water with garlic pads,fenugreek seeds,salt and cumin seeds to 
mix well.



Switch on the stove till the rice cooked.


Add gingelly oil or ghee to mix well.
Now healthy urad dal rice is ready.Serve hot with spicy ginger pachadi or pappat.

This payasam is one of my favorite.Whenever i visited to Kerala ,my chithi prepared this payasam to me.I like this combination of payasam. Surely you  love this.



What you need

100g Red Rice Flakes
100g Raw Rice
250ml Milk
1/2 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Cardamom powder
5 Cashewnuts
5 Raisins


How to proceed

Soak raw rice for 1 hour.
Add 250ml milk to this rice.
Heat pan,add 1 teaspoon Ghee and rice flakes 
to roast it for 4 minutes.


Add roasted rice flakes to this milk and mix it well.
Pressure cook it for 10minutes.
Heat pan,Now add sugar and cardamom powder to this payasam for 3 minutes.
Finally seasoning with fried cahewsnuts and raisins.





Yummy Creamy Rice & Rice Flakes Payasam is ready.

                                                 I Love Kidney beans.I used to make a salad with orange.Its very juicy salad too.Kidney Beans have a high content of protein too.If u want a fantastic and health evening snack,you will go with this.


What you need

200g Kidney Beans
2 Orange(Minced)
Mint leaves
Coriander leaves
Lemon juice
2 Green Chillies(chopped)
Salt

How to proceed

Red kidney beans Soak for overnight and boiled in
pressure cooker.
Take a bowl.Add rajma ,orange,lime juice,
mint leaves,corainder leaves,green chillies and salt to mix well.




Add chat masala if U want little spicy to this salad.

Sit it for 15 minutes.


Enjoy Rajma orange salad.

                                                   Bikaner,a town in the western state of Rajasthan in INDIA.This town is very famous for sweets.I got this recipe from Chef Vineet Bhatia video clips.Those who love desserts this is the Perfect one.

What you Need

For Bottom layer
100g Butter
4 Digestive biscuits
4 teaspoon Cocoa powder

For Top Layer (Rabdi)
1/2L  Cow Milk
1/2 Cup sugar
6 Cashewnuts
6 Pistachios
2 teaspoon Elachi powder
2 Soan Papdi(Optional)


How to proceed

Top Layer(Rabdi Recipe)

Boil the 1/2L milk and add sugar to mix well.
Now add pistachios and cashewnuts to boil it again.
Now the texture will be thick and switch off the stove.




Crush the biscuits and grind into the smooth powder.
Add cocoa powder and mix it well.
Now this powder is mix with butter.




Take a Bowl add the chocolate mixture into the bottom and pour the rabdi into the top.
This mixture can refrigerate for 30 minutes.Cut into your favorite shapes.
I used soan papdi for toppings u can also skip this step.



Now Bikaneri Sweet is ready......
