What you need
100g Foxtail Millet(Thinai)
1 cup Jaggery
6 cardomam pads
5 teaspoon ghee
How to proceed
Heat pan and roast the foxtail millet and cardomam pads until the aroma comes out.
Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Grind it into a smooth powder.
Take 1/4 cup water and dissolve the jaggery in it.
Make sure use less water else the syrup is too watery.
Now add this syrup and ghee into the foxtail powder.
