Ingredients

200g Cheeni Avarakka
50g toor dal
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
Salt to taste

To Grind

Grated coconut
1 garlic pad
2 teaspoon jeera

Directions

Soak toor dal into 20 minutes.
Boiled cheeni avarakka and toor dal for 10 minutes.
leave the water.
Now heat the pan add oil musturd seed to splutter it.
Now add the cheeni avarakka,toor dal and grinded mixture into it.
Saute it for 2 minutes.Now Cheeni avarakka thoran is ready.
Serve hot with sambhar.
