What you Need

Sprouted Ragi Flour 1/4cup
Boiled Milk 2 Cups
Water 1/2 Cup
Melted Jaggery 3 tablespoon
Cardamom  2 


How to proceed

Take a pan and add water ,sprouted ragi flour to boil it for 3 minutes.
Now add Milk to mix well and boil it for 1 minute.




Finally add cardamom and melted jaggery to mix it well.
Now Sprouted Ragi drink is ready.
