Cabbage and Green beans is a good source of vitamin c and fibre.Since i am cooking with cabbage and beans with little ingredients.This is prepared in a quicker way.whenever if you face time is constrained.


100g cabbage chopped
100g beans chopped
2 full tablespoon grated coconut
2 red chillies
1 green chillies
1 teaspoon jeera
2 teaspoon mustard seeds
2 teaspoon fennel seeds
Salt to taste

To Grind

2 teaspoon grated coconut
1 garlic pads
1 teaspoon jeera


Heat pan, add oil,mustard seed,curry leaves,fennel seeds,dry chillies to saute.

Add chopped cabbage,beans and salt to mix well..Add some water to boiled it for 10mins.

Now add the grind mixture to mix well.

saute it for 5 minutes.
