1 teaspoon raw rice
1/2 gram jaggery
1 coconut(First and second milk)
1 grated nendran Banana
2 teaspoon Cashewnuts
2 teaspoon Almond
1 teaspoon dry ginger powder
1 teaspoon cardomam powder
1 teaspoon jeera powder
1 cup Cow Milk

To fried and grind

Moong dal
bengal gram


Prepare Coconut first and second Milk.Also Prepare Fried Mixture.

Heat the pan,add jaggery with little water.Add raw rice and dal mixture powder.

Keep boiling for 10 minutes.When it started, thickering add coconut second milk and keep stirring.In a separate frying pan,add grated nendram banana and saute it for 5 minutes.

Add this fried banana to the payasam and boiled for 5 minutes.keep on stirring is added to the payasam and becoming thick.Now add coconut first milk along with half cup of cow milk and keep on stirring for 1 minute.Now add dry ginger powder,cardomam powder and jeera powder.

Garnish ghee,fried cashewnuts and almond.Now Payasam is ready to serve.
