Kidney beans are a rich source of iron and protein. It is a very good source of folate and dietary fiber. It prevents heart risk too. It can really help balance the blood sugar level. Now, I am going to use kidney beans with cheese to make this masala. Hope you like this.

100g Kidney Beans
2 Large sized Onions
2 Small sized Tomatoes
3 Garlic pads
2 pieces ginger
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1 cube sized cheese
2 teaspoon jeera
Salt to taste


Soak Kidney beans overnight and boiled in pressure cooker.Grind onions,Ginger,garlic to puree.
Heat pan,add oil and jeera to saute.Add onion puree to saute for 5 minutes.
Now make tomato puree and mix well.

Add turmeric powder,chilli powder and garam masala.
Now add boiled Kidney beans and cheese.keep it for 10 minutes.

Cheesy Kidney Beans is ready.Serve hot with chappathi and dosa.
