Pearl Millet or bajra or kambu is a highly nutricious and gluten free grain.Its full of vitamins,minerals and amino acids.It is an good source of protein andfiber.The wholegrain supports weight loss. The high fiber content leads to a feeling of fullness for a prolonged period and this controls your hunger. You tend to eat less and this aids in your weight loss process.Now i am going to make a Healthy Pearl Millet Dosa.


3 cups pearl millet
1 cup brown rice
1 cup idli rice
1 cup Urad dal
3 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
3 teaspoon Fennel Seeds.


Soak pearl millet,brownrice,idlirice for 5 hours.
Soak urad dal and fenugreek seeds in separate bowl for 3 hours.
Grind all these and Finally u add a fennel seeds in this batter while rolling in grinder.
These fennel seeds will give a nice aroma to this dosa.i like this aroma too.
Those who dont like fennel seeds u skip this step.
Now add a required salt to this batter.
Let it sit overnight for fermentation.
Now the batter ready and is seen below.

Now Pearl Millet dosa is serve with sambhar or chutney or podi.
