Preparation Time- 15 Minutes
Cooking Time- 30 minutes



Ingredients

1 cup quinoa
2 carrot(chopped)
100g Beans(chopped)
100g Cabbage(minced)
2 Green Chillies
1 teaspoon pepper
Bunch Corainder leaves
10g Cashewnuts
10g Almond
10g Peanuts
Salt to taste

Directions

Add Quinoa in bowl and pressure cooked for 15 minutes.
Keep it aside.
Now add oil in pan,Add jeera,green chillies and chopped vegetables to saute it for 5 minutes.
Add required amount of water and boiled it for 5 minutes.
Now add the boiled quinoa and saute it for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle some pepper into it.Garnish with corainder leaves.
Now Quinoa with veggies & nuts is ready......
