Ingredients
200g of fine beans, cut into 1cm long pieces
3 large white potatoes, diced into 1cm cubes
10g Ginger garlic (chopped)
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
2 teaspoon oil
Salt to taste
Directions
Heat oil in a pan on medium heat.Add the cumin and saute for 1/2 a minute,then add the chopped ginger garlic and saute for 2 minute.Add potato and beans to saute for 2 minutes.
Now add chilli powder,garam masala and salt to mix well.Now add 10ml water to sprinkle it.
Close the lid for 5 minutes.
Now Fine beans and potato fry is ready.Serve hot with sambhar or curd rice.
