Mint leaves was originally used as a medicinal herb to treat stomach ache and chest pains, and it is commonly used in the form of tea as a home remedy to help alleviate stomach pain.Now i am going to show the healthy mint rice.







Ingredients


2 Bay Leaves
3 Cloves
4 Cardamom
small piece Cinnamon
2 teaspoon Gingergarlic paste
1 small sized tomato(chopped)
3 Green Chillies
4 small onions(sliced)
1 cup Rice
A small brunch.Fresh Mint leaves
2 teaspoon ghee
2 teaspoon coconutoil
Salt 


Directions

Heat ghee and 2 teaspoon of oil in a kadai.
Season with cardomam,cinnamon,cloves and bayleaves.
Add ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw flavour goes off.
Add green chillies,onion and tomatoes.Once the tomatoes turn mushy then add salt to taste.
Now add mint leaves and saute it for 5 minutes.
Now add this mixture and 1 cup rice to boil in Electric cooker.
Serve hot with onion raitha or Spicy vegetable.
